GIOVANNI'S STYLE GARLIC SHRIMP

I love Giovanni's Garlic Shrimp with their amazing hot sauce but it is a long drive to go to their truck on the North Shore.  Thank goodness my wife has perfected the recipe for their Garlic Shrimp.  To make it authentic at home we always stock up on their hot sauce when we visit the truck.  I mean like I tip them $20 for a bag of the stuff.  It is so spicy and so good!

We love Giovanni's Shrimp Truck but don't always want to drive to the North Shore to enjoy it.  My Wife spent two years perfecting a recipe and now we have Giovanni's Shrimp at home.  The big secret is to buy a lot of the Giovanni's Hot Sauce at the truck and bring it home.  When you have their sauce and this recipe its like being on the North Shore.

My Daughter made a trip to the North Shore and Sunset Beach.  On the way home she picked me up a Shrimp Scampi Plate from Giovanni's Original Shrimp Truck.  This is one of my favorite meals and the Giovanni's Hot Sauce is an addiction.  Love it.  This plate made the hour drive home looking good and tasted just like being in Kahuku.
