The Star Tavern was the Fourth Stop on my personal New Jersey Food Tour. We were here for the Pizza but the nice gal working at Rutt's Hut recommended we try the Lasagna, which she said was the best in New Jersey. Ended up trying the Buffalo Chicken Wings, Lasagna and their World Famous Pizza. Everything was delicious. Loved the Pizza best but the Lasagna was legit as were the Wings. LOVED this place and the friendly staff. Our waitress and the Manager were very nice and really made us feel welcome. If I lived near the Star Tavern I would be here every week. Just loved the look, feel, customers, food and staff.
