Back in Las Vegas and my friends said they wanted to eat Chinese food. I recommended we just stay in the Aria and dine at Blossom since I enjoyed my last visit here. Believe me, we were not disappointed. Food was fantastic and service was amazing. Started with the Goose Liver which I put on my Best Bites of 2026 list just a few months ago. This time the Liver was a bit overcooked but it was still delicious. The BBQ Ribs was not what I was expecting or they brought the wrong dish. Thin slices of Pork with a delicious glaze. We all loved it. The Mongolian Beef and Kung Pau Chicken were really good but nothing over the top. The Peking duck was phenomenal with all of us loving the Bao Buns and Wraps. When the waiter returned with the remaining Duck meat stir fried with noodles we were surprised their was more but this ended up being my friends favorite dish of the night. DELICIOUS!
Enjoyed some nice Sake and a few nice bottles of wine too. Cannot wait to return.
