We were walking around the Wynn looking for a place to enjoy breakfast. The main restaurants had an hour wait or more so we just kept walking looking for an exit. Ended up in a shopping plaza with Urth Caffe upstairs and fairly packed. Got in line and placed our orders at the counter. We were given a number and then looked for seats. We waited a bit and our coffee came. It was the worst coffee of my life. I thought it had to be a mistake so I asked one of the servers if they could make me a new one. Got the new one and it was the same terrible coffee. The Huevos Rancheros however saved the day with it being one of the best ever. Just loved this dish. So many layers of flavors and textures that I couldn't stop eating it. This was the BOMB! My friend enjoyed the Hash and Eggs and he loved it. I tried it and it was one of the best ever Hash dishes for me. Food is great here so I would definitely return minus the coffee.
