LOVE Javier's at the Aria Resort in Las Vegas.  On this trip I visited twice just for the Shredded Beef Tacos and Chips and Salsa.  One of my all-time favorite Tacos and the best Chips and Salsa ever.  Could sit here for hours with a nice drink and just picking at the Chips.  Staff here is amazing and we got to talk to a few for a bit.  They all said they love working for Javier and that the service is genuine because they love their jobs.  It shows and that is why I return time and time again.
