My second visit to the Halo Bar at the Fairmont Breakers was enjoyable like the first when I enjoyed a drink and the view with my Daughter. This time I got the Wife to join me for the view as she does not drink. Once again I had the same bartender who is awesome. Wish I could remember his name. Friendly, engaging and just a nice guy. This is a great place to people watch as you will see a little bit of everything from suits to shorts and everything in between. Seems to be one of the places to be in Long Beach.
