Enjoyed lunch at Wild Thyme Bistro in Zion. Such a beautiful location with good food and service. The Pretzel Bites were just ok but were a good way to start our meal. I went for the Wild Sliders thinking that each Slider would be a different meat. Wagyu Beef, Bison, Elk and Wild Boar. All three Sliders tasted the same so I think it was just a mixture of all the meats. Didn't really get the taste of all these different meats which I had expected. Good though.
The Salmon was pretty tasty. Wish we had room for dessert as the selections sounded amazing. Would definitely come back here as some of the dishes coming out of the kitchen looked incredible.
