ALASKA AIRLINES - SEATTLE TO HONOLULU

I know that I dogged Alaska Airlines First Class food and service on an earlier post.  This flight may have made up for it.  Food and service was EXCEPTIONAL.  The Miso Cod was absolutely delicious.  I savored each bite and could not believe the quality and flavor.  

The Flight Attendant serving me was first class and always smiling and offering to fill my glass.  I should have tipped her.

ALASKA AIRLINES - SEATTLE TO ORLANDO

I thought Hawaiian Airlines First Class was bad at times but Alaska could be worse.  Two Flight Attendants were both on their phones when I boarded which seems to be the norm now on U.S. airlines.  Seats don't recline and they serve champagne and wine in paper cups.  Not even plastic.  Food was terrible on this flight.
