DINNER AT HOME
Wow....what a delicious meal cooked up in 30 minutes. We picked up Lobster Tails at Costco for only $23.00 for four tails. Sautéed fresh vegetables with Olive Oil, Butter, Shallots, Garlic and Chicken Broth and served with fresh Kahuku Corn on the Cobb. At less than $8 per person this was a restaurant quality meal that was simply amazing. Only problem is that I devoured this plate of food too fast. Should have taken time to enjoy it but it was so good. Baked the Lobster for 15 minutes at 375 degrees and it came out perfect. Of course we coated the crustacion in clarified butter to add flavor. Oh my this was good!
