My girls love Bingsu - Korean Snowflake Shave Ice so much they could eat it every single day.  And I think they did.  These are two more visits to local spots serving the Shave Ice covered in Soy Bean Powder and topped with Red Beans.

My girls fell in love with Korean Snowflakes which is a cross between Shave Ice and Ice Cream.

They absolutely loved piling on as much of the Soy Bean Powder and Red Beans.  I went for Chocolate Mint and thought it was just ok.  The Strawberry was refreshing and delicious.  After this visit they had this dessert at least three more times during our visit to Seoul.
