Absolutely LOVE Javier's in Las Vegas.  This is a must visit on every trip to Sin City.  I try to time my meal when the bar has empty seats.  Usually after the lunch rush hour.  Service at the bar is excellent with everyone working as a team to make sure you are happy.  Food comes out lightning fast and the Chips and Salsa is amongst the best anywhere in America.  The Salsa has a little heat which I love.  The Shredded Beef Crunchy Tacos are some of the best in the World.  Love them and wish I could eat one every single day of the week.  The Chicken Enchilada is also one of the best anywhere and it totally made me happy with every bite.  I love this place and highly recommend it.

A trip to Las Vegas ALWAYS includes lunch or dinner at Javier's.  Probably one of my favorite Mexican Restaurants ever.  Always delicious with exceptional service.  As time has passed, it is tougher to get a table here.  I sit at the bar quite often but you really need to get here early to obtain a coveted seat.  The Bartenders are friendly, professional and execute a high level of customer service.  The Chips and Salsa here is the absolute best.  Just enough heat and lots of flavor with fresh cooked chips that they refill without question.  I went here twice on this trip.  First trip I had a Chicken Enchilada with a Shredded Beef Taco which is my "go to" meal at Javier's.  I don't worry about staying low carb at Javier's and even eat the Beans and Rice which are great.  The Beans are silky and flavorful and the Rice is cooked perfectly.  Love the Shredded Beef Tacos and could eat one of these every single day.  On my second visit I switched up the Enchilada and went with Crab.  It was served with a green sauce that was very tart.  Kind of ruined the Enchilada for me.  I did figure out how to eat all the Crab without too much of the sauce.  My Wife went for a Chicken Enchilada and Beef and Cheese Chili Relleno.  Absolutely loved it and said this was her favorite Mexican restaurant.

A stay at the Aria in Las Vegas is not complete without eating at Javier's.  This is some of the best Mexican food on the planet.  Always delicious with great service.  Enjoyed this Appetizer Platter and loved everything!

A stay at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas always includes a visit to Javier's for Crunchy Shredded Beef Tacos with Chips and Salsa.  This visit also included Beef Taquitos for my Wife which were just as good as the Tacos.  Love this place but wow...it took some work and time to get a table.  Even the bar seats had people waiting.

I cannot visit the Aria in Las Vegas and not stop for Tacos at Javier's.  It is now a tradition that I want to maintain for eternity.  I usually am alone so I just sit at the bar.  Service is fast, friendly and amongst the best I have ever experienced at a bar.  You cannot help but notice that everyone here works as a team and they are dedicated to a high level of customer service.  I am on a low carb diet but when it comes to the Chips and Salsa here, I gotta go all in on the carbs.  Fresh Chips and a perfect Salsa with just the right heat to make your nose run a bit.

I always order the Crunchy Shredded Beef Tacos and load them up with the Salsa.  Oh..so good.  I could eat these Tacos every day.  Always order my Tacos with a Mexican beer.
