BREAKFAST AT HOME

My Wife refuses to let us take her out on Mother's Day.  She hates the crowds and would rather stay at home.  Since she isn't a big breakfast eater, I decided to make two of her favorite things that she does like for breakfast.  She loves Croissants so I personalized one with Love written in Chocolate Fudge Sauce.  Made her Avocado Toast on buttered Brioche with Egg, Ham, Tomato, Shallots and Everything Bagel Seasoning.

Mother's Day weekend so I cooked up this little breakfast for my girls.  Avocado Toast, Drew's Fried Rice, Egg and some berries.  Love my gals so much!

My lovely Bride does not do fancy dinners or Mothers Day Brunch on Mothers Day.  We celebrated the night before at a nice restaurant that was uncrowded and comfortable.  Since she is not a big breakfast eater I decided to make her a light meal with things I know she likes.  Simple Bagels and Blinis with Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese, Egg, Red Onion, Creme Fraiche and Capers along with fresh fruit from an Edible Arrangement I sent to her office the day before.  Cupcakes from Cake Couture in Aina Haina and her favorite beverage completed the Mothers Day Breakfast.  She requested a nice salad for dinner so I am going to create a Alaska King Crab and Shrimp Salad that she enjoyed a few weeks back.  Happy Mothers Day to all of the Mom's reading this blog.
