If you are near Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), I would highly recommend checking out Tito's Tacos.  Tito's has become a habit for our family and this visit only made me want to come back again.  Tito's sells Tacos by the box load.  The wait in line either inside or outside is worth it as soon as you lay your eyes on the mountains of cheese, Tortilla Chips and fresh Salsa inside your brown box.  I love Tito's Tacos.  They are simple yet so delicious.  The corn tortillas are filled with Shredded Beef and then deep fried.  Next comes fresh Lettuce and Cheese.  Thats it.  Top the tacos with the Salsa and it is heaven.  While I have tried other items here like the Burritos, Tostadas, Tamales and Enchildas, it is only the Tacos that I crave and want to eat.  Worth a detour out of LAX for sure!

If you are ever near Los Angeles International Airport and have an extra hour, please enter Tito's Tacos into your GPS and go eat some great Tacos.  I love Tito's Tacos.  Probably one of my favorite Taco Stands ever.  The place is always busy but the food comes out fresh and hot every single time.  A Tito's Taco with Cheese is only $2.70 and when you get your Tacos in the box it includes a huge portion of fresh Tortilla Chips and a big bowl of Salsa.  The Tacos are simple.  Meat, Cheese and Lettuce.  Add some Salsa and you have feast of flavor.

After the five hour plus flight from Honolulu to Los Angeles I was craving either an In N' Out Burger or Tito's Tacos.  Decided on Tito's Tacos since a friend had never been there.  I punched the address into my GPS and in less than 15 minutes we were at Tito's in Culver City.  Both the parking lot and take out window were full when we arrived.  There seems always to be a long line at Tito's.  We always enter on the right where there are two additional take out windows inside along with a small seating area.  The lines inside were long too and it took some patience to get to the front of the line and order.  We went for six Tito's Tacos with Cheese.  At $2.40 each these are a bargain.  The tacos are served in a box with lots of tortilla chips and a large container of fresh salsa.  Tito's Tacos are simple and delicious.  Shredded Beef, Lettuce and Cheese.  That's it.  Add some salsa and these little tacos will satisfy any Taco Lover.  Links to other posts on Tito's Tacos below:
