DINNER AT HOME
Who doesn't like a good BBQ Chicken? Our family loves it. I start by seasoning Bone In Thighs with a Garlic Spice and Everything Spice plus a little Salt and Pepper. If I don't use the BBQ like this time, then I sear both sides of the Chicken on a grill pan. Once I get a nice char on the skin, I place them in a pan and cover with BBQ Sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes and you get a moist chicken with a nice crunchy skin.
