DINNER AT HOME
Doing a test run of making my Drew Burger before serving over 100 of them to customers and friends this coming week. Worked out details like using a Mandolin to cut the onions and tomatoes to the perfect thickness and how to wrap and package so the burger doesn't slide out the back. Also made a slight adjustment to my sauce. We have the process down and now need to execute the delivery of over a hundred Drew Burgers. Let's do this!
