I love Big Kahuna's Pizza even though it is not a thin crust New York Style Pizza.  Their Specialty Pizzas pack tons of flavor and are a nice change from regular Pizza.  On this visit we had the Mexican Pizza which is one of my favorites.  Love the Chorizo, Black Beans and Jalapeños.  Probably my favorite of the three shown here.  Next up is the Sumo which I also love.  The sauce on this pizza is delicious and for me makes the Pizza along with all of the great toppings.  The Kanaka is also good but I ate the other two first and liked them more.

Pro Tip:  Make sure you get your parking ticket validated before leaving the store.  You will need it to get out of the parking lot.

Wow...I have not been to Big Kahuna's Pizza in ages.  Forgot how delicious this pizza is.  In fact, it may be the best Pizza in Honolulu.  The Sumo Special is the bomb.  Covered with large pieces of some of my favorite meats like Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Bacon, Kalua Pork and Portuguese Sausage.  The stunner that was devoured first and got rave reviews was the Mexican Pizza.  The Black Beans, Jalapeños and slightly spicy sauce make this my new fave.  The Kanaka Pizza with Kalua Pork and BBQ Sauce is also delicious.  Don't forget the Cheese Balls here.  Some of the best ever.  I got ours with Pepperoni and Sausage.
