DINNER AT HOME

Used up the last of my Truffles making this delicious pasta dinner.  This time I added Truffle Butter to the sauce and it really made a difference.  Also added Mushrooms and lots of Parmesan Cheese.

DINNER AT HOME

Made this beautiful and delicious pasta dinner using Black Truffles.  Pretty simple sauce with Pancetta, Butter, Parmesan Cheese, Chicken Stock and Chives.  A little decadent and delicious!
