CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES, EGGS AND BACON

BREAKFAST AT HOME

My Daughter had a girlfriend stay over so I made them breakfast in the morning. Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs with Cheddar Cheese and Bacon. They ate it all so I think they approved. Love our new mini Waffle maker.

I brought home half of a BLT Sandwich from The Original Pancake House and my Wife and Daughter said it was the best ever. Went back on a Sunday to have another one with my Wife and found out they don't serve sandwiches on weekends. Only Monday thru Friday. Decided to have breakfast and was not disappointed. Food and service here is great. I went with Two Eggs with Portuguese Sausage and Toast. My Wife had Two Eggs with Corned Beef Hash and Pancakes. She ordered Chocolate Chip Pancakes and they were really good. I am not a big Pancake eater but I would eat these again. Wife liked the Corned Beef and said it was like a combination of meat and mashed potatoes. Food here is quality and definitely a great place for breakfast. I'll be back on a weekday to get another BLT, Club or Pastrami Sandwich too!
