The Art Institute of Chicago is one of my favorite places.  Check your coat because it is pretty warm and carrying a coat on your arm can get uncomfortable and heavy.  While the Coat Check line can be long, be patient because it is worth it.  I go straight to the second floor and get immersed in the French Impressionists.  My favorite!

The Art Institute of Chicago is one of my very favorite places to visit.  Have been here at least six times and never tire of looking at the art and especially the French Impressionists.  Here is just a taste of some of the great artwork in just one area of the museum.  There is so much more to see here.
