DINNER AT HOME

Taco Night again at Casa de Santos.  No meat Friday meant doing up some delicious Grilled Shrimp Tacos.  Served them up in 1 net carb Tortillas with Cabbage, Cheese, Pico de Gallo, Hot Sauce, White Sauce (Mayo, Yogurt and Lime Juice) and a sprinkle of Cotija Cheese.

Forgot the Avocado which I had out on the counter.  These were really tasty!

DINNER AT HOME

Another warm Hawaii night and I am back in the kitchen using only ingredients we have in the refrigerator.  Had a lot of frozen Shrimp so I dusted them in Cajun spices and grilled them.  Assembled so really good tacos with Cabbage, Cheddar Cheese, Pico de Gallo and a White Sauce made of 50/50 Plain Yogurt, Mayonnaise and Lime Juice.  Served in grilled Corn Tortillas with lots of hot sauce.  Guarantee these are better than most restaurants in Hawaii.  These were delicious!
