When we saw Beef Wellington on the Chef's Dinner Menu we just had to make it to the King Lear Dining Room this evening.  The chef chose to "deconstruct" the Beef Wellington which ruined the dish completely.

Diners in the King Lear Dining Room are getting a bit old by now.  We should not complain though, we are blessed to eat like this day after day.  Where else can you enjoy this wide variety of dishes and have it included in the price of your trip.  Cannot remember much about this meal but the chicken was really good.  Don't think Mom liked the Paella too much.

Dining in the King Lear room because they had a Surf and Turf combo featuring a broiled lobster tail and grilled filet of beef.  While the lobster tails were small, the staff was happy to bring you as many as you could eat.  The Crust Tartlet with Sauteed Duck Livers was not great.
