Love the Kountry Style Kitchen in Kapaa, Kauai. Really is one of the best places for Breakfast or Lunch on the Island. While always busy, service is always friendly and pretty fast. On this visit we had a half hour wait so we walked across the street and enjoyed views of the ocean and a walking path. I went for a half order of Eggs Benedict ($10.50). Ordered with Fruit but got Hash Browns. No problem. I liked the Hash Browns. My Wife loved her Mediterranean Omelette ($14.25) and my Daughter loved her Elvis Waffle ($11.25) with Peanut Butter and Bananas. The Waffles with Strawberries were a big hit with our friends too. Cannot really go wrong here. Solid!
