Getting back to low carb eating with these delicious Crab Salad and Shrimp Wraps that I pick up at Foodland Farms.  Served with a Sweet Chili Sauce.

We had lettuce leftover from Drew Burger Day at my office so I used it to make some delicious Lettuce Wraps.  The mixture we used consisted of Ground Chicken Breast, Shiitake Mushrooms, Green Beans, Bell Pepper, Onion, Garlic and Water Chestnuts.  I deviated from the recipe shown below a bit to make these our own version.  Made the sauce according to recipe.  Also added Hot Chili Sauce for some heat. Delicious!

Wanted to make my Wife dinner and she insisted that I use up some leftover Rotisserie Chicken and Crimini Mushrooms in the refrigerator.  Decided to make Lettuce Wraps.  We had Carrots, Celery and Onion too so I threw those in the mix.  Sautéed everything up and seasoned with Soy Sauce and Sriracha Sauce.  Topped with Green Onion.  Absolutely delicious

Had leftover Egg Salad and made Lettuce Wraps using chilled Iceberg Lettuce.  These were so light, fresh and delicious.  Great option when you don't want to eat a lot of bread.  Entire family loved this.
