I have been eating a lot less pasta over the past year to stay low carb.  Still get the cravings and on this day I was craving Linguine with Clam Sauce.  Decided to create this little dish that was totally worth the carbs!

I love a good Linguine and Clam Sauce and this recipe will make you a lover too.  Simple to make and oh so delicious.  I really do believe this is better than any restaurant in Honolulu.  I used four small cans of Chopped Clams for this recipe plus Manila Clams in the shell so there was a lot of Clam flavor.  This is an all time favorite!
