Craving a little Mexican food so we hit up Señor Pepe at the Ala Moana Food Court.  I went with a Carne Asada Bowl with no rice and loaded it up with fresh veggies, Jalapeños, Cilantro and Sour Cream.  Surprised how good this was.  My Wife enjoyed the Birria Tacos which were really good too.

Taco Tuesday at Casa de Santos did not disappoint.  This low carb Taco Salad and Beef Tacos rocked with great flavor.  Low carb A La Madre Corn Tortillas of course.

These Flautas with Shredded Chicken, Green Chilis and Cream Cheese were really good.

Used low carb Flour Tortillas and they came out perfect.  This Taco Tuesday also included Beef and Guacamole Tacos with low carb Corn Tortillas which are a family favorite.

Wow....these were amazing delicious and so easy to make.  Just baked rounds of Mexican Cheese Blend and then topped with Avocado, Jalapeño, Pickled Onion and Cotija Cheese.
