DINNER AT HOME
Fresh Mahi Mahi from Hawaiian waters is fantastic. I remember when you could buy Fresh Mahi for $3.99 per pound. Back in the day it was so cheap we would avoid it for the more expensive Ahi Tuna or Marlin when available. Today, Fresh Mahi Mahi runs $11-13 per pound and it sells like crazy. We grilled the Mahi and added a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and a dressing made of mayo and cocktail sauce. The key is to lightly butter the buns and put them on the grill to crunch up a little. The buttered bun and dressing made this a really good Mahi Burger.
