PANCIT WITH CHICKEN, SHRIMP AND VEGETABLES
DINNER AT HOME
Having a Filipino Mother in Law means being able to enjoy some delicious food from the Philippines on occasion. One item she loves to make is Pancit which are noodles mixed with pretty much anything you have in the refrigerator. This dish included Chicken, Shrimp and fresh Vegetables.
My Daughter devours Pancit and finished one plate and asked for more.
