Came home from a day trip to Kona to have a delicious Black Pepper Beef dinner on the lanai with my gals.  This was peppery and so good!

We had an incredible Black Pepper Filet Mignon at EMC Seafood & Raw Bar on Santana Row in San Jose.  The meat was seasoned perfectly and cooked to a perfect medium rare.  My Wife fell in love with the dish and wanted to replicate it when we got home.  She did it and it came out pretty perfect.  Great flavor and perfectly cooked.  She added her own touch with Red and Green Bell Peppers, Green Onion.  This will now be on our favorite dinner rotation.

We had some really good Pepper Steak while in San Diego.  My Wife decided to make some at home and believe me this was delicious.  Nice Pepper flavor with lots of Grilled Onions.
