This is a family favorite appetizer that we make with Pears or Melons.  Light and refreshing on a warm Hawaii evening.

After a few nights of big and heavy meals, we decided to go a bit lighter with Prosciutto wrapped Pears and a Caesar salad.  Ohh this was delicious light and very satisfying.

WOW......did my Wife hit it out of the park with this dinner cooked at home.  We had some special guests over and she came up with an incredible menu, presentations and flavors.  I am not kidding when I say her steak is as good or better than any Steakhouse in Hawaii.  These are some of our favorite dishes in the World and when cooked to perfection and served to good friends and family there is no better food or place to eat on the planet.
