Cooler evenings in Hawaii mean hot Ramen for dinner.  Decided to try Ramen Taiga in the Mitsuwa Marketplace in Waikiki.  Ordered at the counter and had to pay an extra $2 each for Green Onions and Bean Sprouts.  The Ramen was delivered lukewarm which really set a negative tone for the experience.  I liked the Spicy Ramen a lot despite its temperature.  The heat level was perfect for me and it gave me a little nose run.  Good amount of Beef and Pork and the extra $4 for Green Onion and Bean Sprouts was worth it.  My Wife said the Shoyu Ramen was ok mostly because of the temperature.  I like the Mitsuwa Marketplace and probably would have the Spicy Ramen again.

Enjoyed a great bowl of Ramen at Ramen Nakamura.  This small 20 seat shop serves up some of the best Ramen in Honolulu so be prepared to wait in line.  Counter seating or take out only and the place only takes cash.  I had the Spicy Ramen and loved it.  Not too spicy but just enough to make your nose run a little.  My Wife had the Oxtail Ramen and also loved it.  Service was excellent.
