DINNER AT HOME
Doctored these Realgood brand Chicken Enchiladas up with a little Lettuce, Avocado,
Pico de Gallo, Cojita and Mexican Cheeses to really elevate the textures and flavors. Results for me were delicious. My Wife and Daughter however did not like these. For being low carb I thought they were great. Just being able to enjoy and Enchilada was great. I would definitely buy these again.
