DINNER AT HOME
We could not get a reservation at a restaurant so we made this restaurant quality dinner at home. This was a pretty perfect meal that started with super fresh Sashimi and Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. My Wife cooked the Ribeye to perfection along with Glazed Carrots that were prepared with butter and a hint of honey. We tried a new Vegetable based Rice that was pretty good and has 40% less carbs than regular rice. This dinner was perfect and to think, first we wanted to go out to a restaurant and then I went to the market looking for fresh fish. Couldn't get a reservation and the fish selection was bad so I went for these beautiful steaks.
