SHRIMP TEMPURA TACOS
DINNER AT HOME
These Shrimp Tempura Tacos are a family favorite and when we ate them all of us just took a bite and said "wow - these are delicious". We use the Shrimp Tempura you can buy at Costco or Sams Club. They come in a box frozen and you cook them for 7 minutes on each side (14 minutes total) and they are ready. We used the Tortilla Land Flour Tortillas which come uncooked. They are perfect for this recipe and cook up perfectly and taste incredible. Take the heated Flour or Corn Tortilla and place a layer of cabbage on bottom. Then add White Sauce (Plain Yogurt, Mayo and Lime Juice), place the Shrimp Tempura on the Cabbage and Sauce, drizzle the Tempura Sauce from the box of Shrimp Tempura over the Shrimp, add cheese, Pico de Gallo, Hot Sauce and a slice of Avocado. Hands down one of the best tasting tacos on the planet. I promise!
