My Wife cooked up this incredible dinner in only about 30 minutes. Flavors were amazing.
Sauce made with lots of Parmesan Cheese, Butter and Cream. This is now a family favorite.

Loved this fresh Mahi Mahi dinner on the lanai. I make the sauce with Shallots, Garlic, Butter, White Wine, Chicken Stock, Cream and Capers.

CRUNCHY BEEF AND GUACAMOLE TACOS

Our homemade Tacos are one of our favorite meals. Taco Tuesdays are almost every week at our house so we enjoy these a lot now that we have found low carb Corn Tortillas that taste as good as the high carb tortillas. My Daughter is not a Taco lover so we make her a Taco Salad.

I am afraid of heights so when we got to the top of the tower I had serious thoughts of not doing the Zip Line. When they laid me flat with my head down looking over the rail, I shut my eyes and probably didn't open them until I was half way down. It was a nice rush though.

We like having a meal at the Blue Ginger Cafe when on Lanai. It is a simple place with local and Asian food that is affordable and pretty tasty. On this visit I went for the Hamburger and Eggs with no rice. Not bad. My Daughter got the Mac Daddy breakfast that included Fried Chicken, Fried Rice, Spam, Bacon, Sausage Patty, Portuguese Sausage and Eggs. Wow..what a huge breakfast. Nice to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the morning view of the park.

We left One Forty at the Four Season Lanai a bit unimpressed. The food was good but nothing really blew us away. I did love the Beet Poke though. The Burrata and Tomato Salad was also very good. I ordered the Cioppino and it was probably the worst I have ever eaten. Dry and tasteless. Seemed like they just put a little bland Tomato Sauce over the seafood. Huge disappointment. Service had some bumps but we enjoyed the view. Place is not cheap so we expected a little more with the food and service.
