BONE-IN VEAL PARMIGIANA
GUSTO, NEMACOLIN RESORT, PA
This Veal Parm blew me away with its flavor and tenderness. I have never had a thick piece of Veal cut like butter and taste as moist and flavorful as this one. Absolutely delicious and I still dream about enjoying this again.
