DINNER AT HOME
These Air Fried Cornish Game Hens are a family favorite and something my wife makes for BBQ's and Potlucks. She marinates the Hen's overnight in Lemon, Garlic, Salt, Pepper,
Olive Oil and Rosemary and then cooks in the air fryer for 10 minutes on each side. 20 minutes total cooking time. The outside comes out crunchy and the inside is moist and so delicious.
