FILET MIGNON
FRISCO'S DOUBLE EAGLE STEAK HOUSE, PHILADELPHIA
I have enjoyed a lot of great steaks at a lot of great Steak Houses around the country but this one was PERFECT. The flavor of the beef shined through above all. No need for all the sauces, this filet was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Made my eyes roll with each bite.
