Was not blown away with our dinner at Basalt but the Tallow Fries with Truffles was one of the Best Bites of 2026. According to my wife, these could be the best French Fries of her life. Absolutely loved them! Had to try the Funeral Potatoes as they are famous in Utah. Thought they were ok but would not order them again. The Caesar Salad was interesting but had good flavor. My Wagyu Steak was a bit chewy and not on the taste or texture level of other Wagyu's I have eaten. The Lamb was just ok according to my wife. Roasted Vegetables were good.
