We don't eat a lot of meat at home but when we do it is good.  My Wife has the recipe for cooking a great steak down solid.  As good or better than any Steakhouse on Oahu.

Surprised to come home to a delicious Bone-In Rib Eye dinner.  This steak was amazing.  Coated with a light mixture of salt, pepper and brown sugar which carmelized to perfection.  Served with Roasted Cauliflower and Asparagus.  So yummy!!!

I have not been eating much meat the past few weeks and was craving a nice steak.  Going out to a restaurant would cost well over a $100 for three.  Picked up two Bone In Rib Eye Steaks for under $20 total and cooked them up on my new BBQ.  This baby came out tasting like a Five Star Restaurant.  Simply added Salt, Pepper and Hy's Steakhouse Seasoning to both sides of the steak.  Cooked them on the outdoor grill and then topped the steak with a tablespoon of butter as they finished cooking.  Served up with local potatoes with Garlic, Onion and Bell Pepper that I roasted in the oven.  Added some fresh Green Beans with Bacon and enjoyed a restaurant quality meal at a fraction of the price.  Probably the best steak I have ever cooked at home.

COOKED THIS BABY TO A PERFECT MEDIUM RARE.  THE TASTE WAS TERRIFIC!
