My Wife cooked up this amazing looking and tasting Steamed Opah Chinese Style.  Lots of Ginger, Green Onion, Cilantro and Jalapeños.  The fish came out perfectly moist.  Now this is restaurant quality at home!

DINNER AT HOME

So lucky to live in Hawaii where fresh fish is abundant.  When I saw this bright pink Opah at the market, I knew immediately what we were having for dinner that night.  Grilled the Opah with just a sprinkle of Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder.  Made a sauce using Garlic, Shallots, White Wine, Lemon Juice, Cream and Butter.  Served over bed of sautéed Onions and Peppers.  So simple yet so delicious.  The Opah was incredible.  Meaty yet soft and moist.  Yummy!
