LUNCH AT HOME

Craving an Italian Sandwich and instead of going to Jersey Mikes I made my own.  Went to Foodland  Farms and had the deli slice the meats right from the giant logs.  Calabrase Hot Pepper Salami, 

Hot Capicolla, Sopressata Salami and Salame Finocchiona.  You need good bread to make a good Italian and I was lucky they had the Sausage Rolls.  They are perfect for an Italian or Meatball Sandwich.  I put Dijon Mustard on both sides of the roll and then layered the meats, Provolone Cheese, Shredded Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion a pinch of Oregano and Zesty Italian Dressing.

The Best!!!!

Went a little Italian for dinner with a Caprese Salad and Italian Sandwich.  Bought Vine Ripened Tomato, fresh Mozzarella and Avocado and then used Basil from our garden.  Drizzled a Balsamic Glaze over everything.  So light, fresh and delicious.  For the Italian Sandwich, I used four different Italian Meats along with Provolone Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Oregano and Italian Dressing.

Better sandwich than 99.9% of the sandwich shops in Honolulu.

Whenever we have leftover Hamburger Buns, I have to find ways to use them and that usually means sandwiches.  We had some Italian Meats so I made this delicious sandwich that really does taste better than most Hawaii Sandwich Shops.  I like a little Dijon Mustard and Italian Dressing on my sandwich so I did this one up with both along with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and Swiss Cheese.  I normally use Provolone Cheese but we had a lot of Swiss in the fridge.

Back to our Baretta Italian Meats for what is now one of my favorite sandwiches.  My Italian sandwich is loaded with meats, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese avocado, Dijon mustard, Italian Dressing and a bit of Oregano.  Love serving these on mini Hawaiian Bread buns.  Once again I went to our Air Fryer and made homemade Fries with a little Cajun kick.

Made an incredible Italian Sandwich using Beretta Uncured Antipasto Meats.  Dijon Mustard, Italian Dressing, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and Swiss Cheese.  Making this a home is better than 99.9% of the sandwich shops in Honolulu.  Sad but true.
