Never thought Sweet Potato and Zucchini could taste so good, My lovely Bride cooked up this delicious meal and we totally enjoyed everything on the plate.

PARMESAN CHICKEN WITH PASTA
| PARMESAN CHICKEN WITH PASTA
DINNER AT HOME
Made a very quick and easy Chicken Parmesan with left over pasta with tomato sauce. I cut boneless and skinless chicken breast in half and marinated them in Dijon Mustard, White Wine Vinegar, Honey and Black Pepper. Tossed the chicken in a mixture of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Cooked for 15 minutes at 450 degrees and then cut the chicken on a bias and served over left over pasta with tomato sauce. This was delicious!   |

| BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES AT 450 DEGREES |

| SERVED ON BED OF PASTA - TASTED BETTER THAN IT LOOKED |
