Working on Maui and had to have some takeout delivered to our new warehouse. My Maui team recommended the Chicken Salad at Asian Cuisine and Sushi Bar. Decided to try a little Sushi too.
The Ebe (Shrimp) and Ahi (Tuna) Sushi was good but not great. Rice was a bit dry. The Chicken Salad was delicious with lots of Hibachi Chicken and huge slices of cucumber.
