TAKE OUT DINNER AT HOME

Another mainland trip and we come home to our go to meal from Bale Sandwich.  For some reason we crave this meal every time we return from a trip.  LOVE the Special Banh Mi with Cheese plus extra pickled veggies and no mayo. Rare Steak Pho is always good.  This is comfort food for me and the Banh Mi is my all-time favorite.

After an incredible two week vacation we were finally home.  Nobody wanted to cook so we went to our "go to" Vietnamese meal of Pho and Spring Rolls from Hale Vietnam.  This meal seems to always hit the spot!

LUNCH AT THE OFFICE

Love having Rare Steak and Brisket Pho from Bale.  This is a go to lunch at the office and it is satisfying and filling yet not too heavy.  Always add a lot of Sriracha Sauce for heat.
