DINNER AT HOME

Cooked up a very quick and light dinner on a very hot Hawaii night.  Used only ingredients we had in the refrigerator so I did not have to go shopping.  A little BBQ Chicken, Bacon, Boiled Egg, Cheddar Cheese, Carrots, Onion, Tomato and Cucumber.  Yum!

Warm Hawaii summer nights makes you want to eat light and not spend too much time in the kitchen.  I created this little salad in minutes using ingredients we had in the refrigerator.  Grilled Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts and then cut it up in small cubes and placed in saucepan with some BBQ Sauce.  Heated it up and topped the salad with BBQ Chicken and then added Cheese, Egg, Corn, Bacon, Ham and Asparagus.  Yummy!!!!!
