SHRIMP TEMPURA TACOS

These have become a family favorite since we discovered how to make them about a year ago.

Only takes a few minutes and so delicious.  I use warm Corn Tortillas, Cabbage, Cheddar Cheese, Pica de Gallo, Avocado, Hot Sauce and a White Sauce made with Mayo, Yogurt and Lime Juice.

These little Shrimp Tempura Tacos are becoming a habit that the entire family loves.  I make these and they disappear and create smiles for the family.  Making fresh Pico de Gallo with Tomatoes, Onion, Cilantro, Jalapeño and fresh lime juice makes a difference in flavor.  Also the White Sauce that is 50/50 Mayonnaise and Plain Yogurt with Lime Juice really kicks up the taste.
