DK's has our families favorite steak in Hawaii. The Paniolo Ribeye is incredible. Hey I love a Petite Filet from Ruths Chris but the Paniolo Ribeye with Maui Onions gets my vote as the best steak on Oahu. All four of us at the table ordered the same steak. Paniolo Ribeyes. On this visit I really enjoyed the French Onion Soup which had a crispy cheese top and a sweet onion flavor. One of the best I have ever had. The Monster Shrimp Cocktail was also top notch as they were chilled, large and sweet. The Thick Cut Bacon was also a treat and the Chutney that came with it took the flavor to another level. The only disappoint was the DK House "Must Try" Wagyu Bresaola Carpaccio. Really did not impress anyone at the table. Here's a tip; There is one four top table on the outdoor patio. The rest are all two tops. Ask for the four top outside if you have four people. We wish we would have done this.
