My Daughters friend is in Alaska and he sent back fresh Salmon that he actually caught with his parents. The Salmon was super fresh, moist and tasted delicious.

SALMON WITH HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
DINNER AT HOME
One of my favorite dishes in the world is Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce. Wild Sockeye Salmon was on sale today at the market. My daughter saw it in the display case and said she wanted "that" Salmon. For less than $10 we scored a great dinner. Served up with some fresh sauteed vegetables with Oyster Sauce and white rice. Simply delicious!!!
