My Daughter was up early to join some friends surfing in Waikiki.  I asked if she wanted breakfast before leaving and she said yes.  I have not been happy with my egg cooking or presentations lately so I decided to up my game.  Came up this this.

Had some leftover Fried Rice from Side Street Inn so we topped it with an egg and had a fast and delicious breakfast.  Side Street Inn Fried Rice is the best on the planet so this was very satisfying!
