After a stop at a Taco Truck in Castroville, we saw the Giant Artichoke Restaurant and just had to stop in. I have never been a lover of Artichokes but after having them at the Hitching Post in Buelton, CA, I became a lover if they are cooked right and served with a nice dipping sauce. The Fire Roasted Artichoke here was excellent and the Jalapeño and Artichoke Hearts were great. This is the place for Artichoke lovers and I wish we had room in our stomachs to enjoy more.
